Momentum Worldwide, a total brand experience agency, teamed up with Turtle Transit to build-out a fleet of product sampling vehicles for the Good Humor “Welcome to Joyhood” Tour. The Good Humor Joy Squad will visit neighborhoods throughout the Northeast this summer, surprising and delighting those who live, work and play in select cities with free frozen treats, giveaways and more.
Turtle Transit outfitted a fleet of high roof sprinter vans and jeeps with a custom freezer system to store / transport ice cream samples to-and-from event stops. The interior of the Good Humor vehicles also featured a custom battery system that provided power to the portable freezers during transit, which allowed the Joy Squad to make multiple stops per day and set-up in hard-to-reach areas. The fleet was finished with a vibrant graphic wrap that showcased large format images of Good Humor’s line of frozen treats.
As a way to intercept office employees at work, Turtle Transit customized a fleet of three-wheeled scooters with branded signage and Yeti coolers to store ice cream treats. The Joy Squad used the custom scooters to make office drops and bring excitement to employees during working hours.
Turtle Transit was also tasked with refurbishing Good Humor’s iconic “Truck of the Future,” a custom ice cream vehicle that resembles the nostalgic Good Humor truck of the past, but it has modern nuances and high-tech features of the 21st Century. The Good Humor “Welcome to Joyhood” Tour will make stops in New York City, Boston, Philadelphia, Washington D.C. and Miami.
